At DROPZ, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we may offer a return or refund in accordance with the conditions below.
Returns Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Original packaging and tags must be included where applicable

Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
DROPZ reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photos and/or videos of the item and packaging are required for assessment

Failure to provide visual evidence may result in the claim being declined

Non-Refundable Items

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
